Mold Inspection & Testing in Naperville Illinois

“Fast mold was just that! Fast! They were very kind and understanding of my predicament and were able to get a mold inspection completed within two days of my call and I'm rural! They do contract jobs out so maybe that's why it was able to get done so quickly. I originally thought it would be a specific fast mold employee that would come out, but that wasn't the case. No big deal, just something I noted. The main portion of the lab report was fairly quick to get back, where as a second portion I had selected took a bit of time. However, I didn't have to hound them, they were on it and every few days were reaching out to let me know they hadn't forgotten about it and were in touch with the lab following up for me to ensure I received it. I really appreciate their customer service! My only complaint is the price point and it not including a protocol or remediation plan for me to have to take to some of the companies they have listed who can perform the work needed to remove mold, etc. They do offer them separately but I feel like for the price point and the obvious need for those to mitigate and hopefully remediate, it would have been helpful. They did disclose that it was not apart of the plan though. I was just desperate to get someone out quickly to tell me what I was dealing with and it wasn't until after that I realized how that information and plan could have been helpful. Dealing with mold is terrible, but it's nice to have companies out there who can guide you.”
